Square Bulletproof Decanter

• You must choose a font style when you have chosen laser etching.
• Please make sure you type in the box provided exactly what you would like to be etched on the glass.
• Once you have submitted and paid for your order you will be receiving an email within 24 to 48 hours with a proof of what your glass would look like. Our etching department will not proceed until you have approved the proof. Once you have approved the proof it will take an additional 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Delivery time does not start until we have received your approval on the etching. So the longer you take to approve the proof, the longer it will take for delivery.
• Business days are Monday - Friday from 9 am - 4 pm
• There are no refunds on custom made glasses.

If you would like to add a logo to your glass. You will have to provide a vector file of the logo. Please email your vector file to info@supremewhiskeystones.com

If you are not able to provide a vector file of your logo, you can send us a picture of your logo and we will get it done for you at a low cost of $14.99. This will add an additional 7 to 10 days for delivery.

All custom orders take 7 to 10 business days from the time vector files have been submitted by the customer and approved from our etching department.

If you need a rush order, please send a message to info@supremewhiskeystones.com for a quote on a rush order. 

In order for a rush order to be approved.  All information including approved vectors files must be provided at the time of placing your order. We will not take a rush order without having this information. Delivery time for a rush order can range from 3 to 5 business days depending on the complexity of the order.
