When sending your request for a rush order, you must provide the following:

• Name and quantity of the product you would like to customize.

• Vector Files of all Logo's/Designs/Artwork that would be etched on your product of choice.

• When do you need it by?​ (delivery date)

Before excepting a Rush Order, vector files need to be approved by our etching team.   The quality of the vector file can delay your order.

 

You will receive an email within 2 hours of placing your request, letting you know if we will be able to meet your delivery date along with the rush order fee. 

 

Orders must be paid in full before any work can be started on any order.

 

We will not accept a rush file if we are unable to meet your delivery date.

 

We do not have control of Mother Nature, so if your order is delayed due to weather or any other unforeseen reasons out of our control, you will not receive a refund for the rush fee.
